Ridwanullah Yousuf is an entrepreneur, educator, and technology leader with a strong commitment to shaping confident and values-driven learners. As Chairman of Younic Limited, he oversees a diverse portfolio that includes Younic Home, Younic Housing, Younic Food, Azul Guest House, Autopilot AI Solutions, and initiatives in education and pharmacy.With experience in Software Engineering, University Teaching, and Project Management, he brings a multidisciplinary perspective to both business and education. His leadership reflects a passion for innovation, community development, and building opportunities that uplift and empower others.

With over four years of experience in educational coordination and academic management, Sohana Parvin is dedicated to creating nurturing, values-driven learning environments. She currently serves as a Coordinator at Innovation International Islamic Academy, contributing to curriculum planning, teacher training, and classroom supervision.Her earlier role as an HR Executive at YKK Bangladesh strengthens her expertise in organizational management, discipline, and operations. Bringing together her background in Political Science, educational leadership, and administrative management, she plays a key role in guiding institutional growth.
